Metabolic Reset


A 30-day program that will reset your metabolism. It includes bi-weekly Zoom meetings, text message support (optional), and supervision by our Nutrition Counselor Mary Bryan-Stewart. This program is open to patients and non-patients who would like to try Functional Lifestyle changes as a way to better health and wellness.

Our program will encourage you to fill your plate with meat, seafood, eggs, “tons of vegetables,” fruit and healthy fats from nuts, oils, and seeds. You will leave behind alcohol, sugar, grains, legumes, dairy and additives from your diet for 30 days. Many of these foods can cause inflammation, cravings, and negatively affect hormones and gut health. No calorie counting, skipping meals or carbohydrate elimination.

Mary Bryan-Stewart


Mary's passion for health and nutrition blossomed in her youth, inspired by her first Earth Day experience which resulted in a desire to plant a garden. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a graduate of the Functional Nutrition Alliance program. Currently pursuing health coaching certification through the Functional Medicine Health Coaching Academy, affiliated with the Institute of Functional Medicine.
